Bill Dunham
Bill is the founder and principal owner of OATC, Inc. He is a highly regarded Oracle Applications and Technology consultant with experience dating back to 1985 and specific expertise in Oracle EBS Applications since 1991. His extensive knowledge of both on-premise and cloud EBS Applications and Technology has made him a trusted adviser to numerous clients across the US and Europe. Over the years, Bill has held various IT and project roles, primarily focusing on Program/Project Management, Architecture, Technical/Functional Leadership, QA Management, and client advocacy.
Bill has presented papers at numerous local and regional Oracle Application and Technology Users Group (OATUG) events and Oracle OpenWorld (OOW). He has authored articles for OAUG INSIGHT magazine and co-authored books such as “Special Edition Using Oracle Applications” and “Special Edition Using Oracle 11i.” Additionally, he co-authored the new book series “Oracle EBS StreetSmarts®.”
Bill developed and authored papers on the “CRP Method” for enterprise application projects, emphasizing critical project activities, cost reduction, and client success.
Bill’s professional affiliations include being a member of the Oracle EBS Applications Technology Customer Advisory Board (CAB) for Oracle Corporation, serving on the OATUG Board of Directors (President in 2021) until 2023, OATUG President Elect (2023), OATUG President (2024), Board Member of ECO “East Coast Oracle,” Coordinator for ESOATUG, OATUG C&A SIG Chair, OATUG Cloud ERP SIG board member, and Oracle ACE Pro since 2013.

Michael Barone
Oracle Architect, EBS DBA, Oracle ACE Pro
Michael is an Oracle E-Business Suite Database Administrator with over 25 years of IT experience and more than 16 years of Oracle Applications DBA experience. His expertise includes RAC (Real Application Cluster), ASM (Automatic Storage Management), and both on-premise and cloud Oracle Applications (EBS). He is also a contributing author to many of the OATC StreetSmarts® books.
Michael’s extensive experience covers full cycle installations and upgrades, as well as the installation, administration, upgrade, and development of Oracle relational databases. Recently, he has installed, set up, upgraded, and administered production, test, and development databases for major international organizations, federal, state, and local government agencies, and a variety of industries, including manufacturers of hospital equipment, oil-and-gas distribution, automotive subassemblies, landscape equipment, diesel engines, jet engine turbine blades, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and various metal products like aluminum, concrete, wire, and steel.
Michael specializes in upgrading existing Oracle Databases and Oracle Applications and has extensive experience with hot/cold E-Business Suite cloning and backup/restore/disaster recovery. He was recognized as an Oracle ACE Pro in November 2017.

Ken Carpenter
Ken is an applications consultant specializing in Human Capital Management, with over 30 years of experience in developing applications on mainframes, PC-based, and client/server platforms. Since 1998, his primary focus has been on Oracle E-Business Suite applications, both on-premise and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Leveraging his functional skills and extensive knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, Ken has managed, led, and provided functional expertise for over 40 projects. These projects range from new implementations and upgrades to enhancements and custom applications, serving clients from small teams of fifty to large organizations with over 10,000 people.
Ken has significant experience in the Public Sector, having worked with various city, county, and state governments, public universities, and the United Nations. His private sector clients span major IT firms, the steel industry, manufacturing, retail, and automotive.
An active member of the Oracle Applications and Technology User Group (OATUG), Ken has served on the board of the local Gulf Region OATUG, as Chairperson of the Financial Analyzer SIG, and as a member of the Affiliate Oversight Committee (AOC). He has delivered numerous presentations at user group meetings and has built strong relationships with Oracle HCM support representatives. Well-connected in the Oracle community, Ken has developed lasting partnerships that contribute to the success of his clients’ projects. He has also conducted end-user training for Oracle University and for each of his clients to ensure smooth transitions to new technology.
Ken enjoys traveling for both work and pleasure, having visited 15 countries and all but three U.S. states. He is an avid roller coaster enthusiast, recently riding 50 coasters in five states over two weeks.
