OATC offers remote DBA, Functional and Technical Development Support and Monitoring services which we’ve coined: StreetSmarts®
We provide Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications Functional Support, Oracle eBusiness SuiteApplications Technical Support, and Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications DBA Support. We also provide Database Administration, Support and Monitoring for SQL*Server and MySQL and can provide additional details upon request.
Our StreetSmarts® Remote and Support Services (RSS), constantly and continuously monitors Oracle EBS (11i/12.1/12.2) ecosystem, 24x7x365, via operating system scripts and Oracle Database and Oracle EBS interrogation scripts. StreetSmarts® RSS executes automatically on schedule, creates a history of activity and dispatches eMails and Text Messages to the designated Support Staff members.
The StreetSmarts® RSS additionally includes over a hundred operating system scripts and Oracle Database scripts and Oracle EBS interrogation scripts that can be executed dynamically for accurate, pinpoint precision diagnostics as well as supporting documentation.
The StreetSmarts® Remote and Support Services (RSS) consists of Oracle EBS administration scripts used to monitor and interrogate hundreds of aspects of the Oracle EBS environment including but not limited to common monitoring tasks such as active users, active jobs, long-running-processes, database-locks, stuck processes, server-memory and server-disk issues.
In addition, StreetSmarts® Remote and Support Services (RSS) also provides coverage for backup and recovery services. These services work specifically for the Oracle EBS environments backing up applications, database and related file systems. Restoration-testing typically takes place after the first backup has been performed with restoration to a non-production environment to confirm backup procedures work.
The StreetSmarts® Remote and Support Services (RSS) can be loaded on a cleitn server, or OATC can provide a monitoring PC (laptop/desktop) which would need to have a persistent connection to the client network.
